Came by courier, as advertised via Amazon Prime. 2 Days. Opened Package, followed instructions, and now I am enjoying my new Thera-Band Pro. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars...is just the color is off, mine is not red, looks more like a salmon color or pinkish red. Great chart included with exercises also comes with plugs and adapter to inflate. I used a bicycle pump with an attachment that fit it the hole and I was able to use that instead of the provided one with the ball. Remember to moisten with a little water before inserting into the valve hole in the ball.

I was thrilled that the Stability ball arrived so quickly after I placed my order. Note that the user's height determines the size of the ball. Instructions were simple to follow. The manufacturer included an adapter in the "tools" so that I could use a bicycle pump to inflate the ball to regulation size. I also liked that an illustrated series of exercises were part of the package so that I can use the stability ball at home as well as in my Core classes at the Y.

I'm loving this stability ball.I used an electric pump to inflate to 75% one the day I opened it. I didn't follow the instruction to lay out the thing over night. It's very durable material!2nd day: inflated to 90% +/- and the 75cm was perfect height for me (5'9") to replace the office chair & maintain 90° knees-floorI am using some stick-tack putty as a sealant around the plug to prevent any air from escaping ... it seems silly to keep pumping the thing up if I can prevent it from deflatingI love this thing. My hips are happier at the end of the day and it's fun :)

I'm pleased with my purchase. Do read the inflation instructions, though, as you have to inflate it and wait 24 hours so the plastic adjusts. We followed the instructions and it's been a great exercise ball.

My wife is 5”8 and we’ve ordered 65cm (Green) size. Then we found out that this green ball is only 55cm. Very disappointed as I now have to go return this and the last thing I want to do in this pandemic is to go out and interact with anyone for no good reasons...

J'ai un problème à la cheville qui a causé un débalancement de ma posture à force de compenser j'ai développé une scialagie. J'utilise ce ballon d'exercice pour m'assoir au bureau sur recommandation d'un ergothérapeute. Les exercices depuis 2 ans que je faisais ne servaient à rien et là ça fait une semaine que je m'assois là-dessus et la douleur est partie! C'est magique!!!

Llego muy bien en su caja, es sencillo inflarla, contiene todos los aditamentos necesarios para medir y controlar el nivel de inflado, ojo no contiene bomba pero es sencillo adaptarle alguna para inflar globos.

The product is everything we expected. An adult wanting to use this as a chair would be advised to purchase the 65mm evening if shorter than 5'-7"
