Good but no label?
My first time trying the Fulvi brand Pecorino Romano, but this batch arrived with no rind on the cheese or identifying mark other than a printed label on the bag. So hard to tell if it’s genuine.Wedges looked like they’ve been “put together”.Flavor and texture is good, comparable to Locatelli, which I’ve always used.
