I already have a phantom power, would an xlr to 3.5mm adaptor work or what would I need to buy? Trying to avoid paying $100+ for an interface.

If you’re just plugging the microphone into a phone or computer with a 3.5mm, that won’t provide enough power. I’d recommend getting a small audio mixer with 48V phantom power. I found one for just $50 and it works just fine.

I have a k-sound sound card and am using an ebxya microphone 48v phantom power supply and when i connect them together all my friends here is static?

Sounds like a bad cable or cheap microphone. Try a different mic and/or cable to see if it changes anything.

Can I use this with a umc22 behringer ?

This is a condenser mic and requires phantom power. In looking at the UMC22 I see it has a switch for 48V phantom power. So it should work. I use it with my Behringer XENYX 1204USB mixer, but I do have to turn on phantom power for it to work.

Can I attach this mic to any boom arm?
