Review: Makita portable Hoover - This is a brilliant piece of kit, very versatile, mobile, Robust, super compact relatively light, can use it wet or dry, with the dry you can get an extra over bag for the cartridhe filter inside, and as a wet vac you have a black sponge filter. You can remove the filter and mnock off 98% of the dust outside, take note of which way the wind is blowing though ? The vacuum pipe is versatile and extendable, and it comes with a couple of integral hose fittings. It is battery opperated, and these are 18v which last quite a bit when in full use. You can buy whats called a bare unit, that doesnt include a battery and this reduces the cost. However you can also just purchase a single battery or more, depending on your needs

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well worth it!

Excellent

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but could be better.
*by M***M on 31 May 2025*

Great vacuum, compact, lightweight and has good suction. The only downside is the length of the supplied hose and the diameter does not fit the dust extraction ports on other Makita tools.
