This seaweed snack is delicious! The seaweed and sesame flavors are strongest, with a light almond flavor. This was given to me by a co-worker who has a lot of extra packages. If he doesn't have more I'm going to have to buy some because it's so good.

I got this from a colleague of mine. I'm normally averse to seafood smell but these didn't smell at all. Best of all, they're very light and crisp and a box is only 100 calories! Makes for a very delicious and guilt-free snack. Plus, good source of iodine.

I love almonds and I love seaweed, and I love the combination. It goes well with beer and its fairly low on calories. Great snack if you are on a diet too! it fulfills my cravings!
