They appear the be size 10 and can be cut to fit any size under, even has a nice guide line for you to cut on. Narrow toe, so the side of my foot (near toe) slightly hangs over but that's nothing a cheap pair of insoles overtop can't fix. You really do notice a difference in height, even without using the "stackers".
