Easy to take as they are chewable

My memory has never been great, but as I get older, it is harder to remember names and events. Prevagen is no magic bullet, but for me it does help. I feel more alert, and can often remember small details better. For me there were no "side effects". If I drink too much coffee, i can get the shakes from too much caffeine, but Prevagen has non of that, no over stimulation, or buzz. I started with the standard dose, and tried moving up to the stronger dose, with no problem. When I have a poker night with the boys, I take an extra half tablet, and it helps me stay alert for a long game, plus I do better at the game. Maybe it will work for you to.

Tried the chewable, you can really taste the part of the jelly fish they must use, the but hole. It quickly improved my memory and by the second time I took it I remembered not to chew it. It took my wife an extra tablet to remember not to chew it up but then she even remembered to get capsules for the refill. Seems to have lasting effect as I have not forgotten the nasty taste left in my mouth. It is very strong, I can still taste the funky flavor even without chewing it up. It will definitely help you remember to not get the chewable tablets, other than that time will tell.

I’ve been taking these for about 9 months. The taste is great, easy to chew… does it do what it claims? I’m not sure, I can’t remember LOL.. really I’m not sure if it is as great as advertised and I even only use the extra strength too. I’ve also noticed the price for these getting even higher than they were before the inflation hike. After my current bottle is empty I’m going to hold off buying anymore to see if I notice any changes good or bad with my memory.
