Misleading and deceptive.
This repair kit cannot be used without also buying a CEO-2 + OCA Lamination machine for $1,733.00. Plus tax and shipping. The description of this repair kit states you can separate the LCD unit from the glass and digitizer with a heat gun/air blower. That may be possible with great effort but you will damage the LCD unit, There is no advise or video offered to show you how to reattach the LCD unit to the replacement glass. This is where the CEO-2 + OCA Lamination machine is needed. It is also needed to remove the LCD unit from the broken glass and digitizer. Do not buy this repair kit. You need the one with the LCD unit infused with the glass and digitizer which is much more expensive than this completly worthless repair kit. This is a misleading and deceptive product.Mark

almost everything you need!
the only thing missing from this is of course a heat gun or hair dryer, but the kit itself was perfect.they included a guide and side of paper to tape the screws to so you don't lose them which was so handy.as long as you follow videos/guides and take your time with this product, it'll be good as new!

Waste of money!
This does not work. There is no way to seperate the old glass from the digitizer. How to video is not real. Dont waste your money like I did.

Why did my repair have a plastic screen for the 10.5 Apple Pro? Very poor

Do not buy! Get one with a new LCD screen.
This is a false kit. It is physically impossible to remove the LCD panel from the glass without destroying it, to transfer to new glass. Sorry folks but we must buy the much more expensive kit that includes the new LCD screen too. Transferring the home button isn’t that bad. Then it’s just a quick and easy swap. Getting the glass off the iPad is just like changing the battery on modern glass backed phones.
