For a knock off brand. I can't complain, does a pretty good job? I have an older KitchenAid model and it works pretty good and I had my KitchenAid mixer on low and it barely got warm but I had it on low settings so it works pretty good out of a 4 and 1/2 lb roast I bought on sale . I cut all the fat and everything off. I got a little over 3 lb of fresh ground beef, I'm a happy lady here. The key is, cut up your meat into small chunks, and freeze it for a little bit. Not frozen, but very cold. Easy to clean, had no problem.

I ordered this meat grinder for my husband, thinking it was KitchenAid. It is not but my husband said go ahead and review it say it’s excellent. Excellent excellent he has so much fun making a new recipe with beef chuck and brisket making the best burger ever! He loves the brush that comes with it and all the pieces he said it’s very well-made and he is an engineer. So if you need this meat grinder attachment, don’t hesitate feel good about buying it.

I bought this to grind meat from my brisket trimming to make burgers and thought it would be a nice way to take advantage of the kitchen aid mixer I already owned. Before I used this item I through it in the freezer to prevent the meat from gumming up in the grinder while I used it. I planned on doing a two step grind. First step I would use the coarse opening then use the medium opening to prevent stress on my kitchen aid. I took everything out of the freezer and installed the grinder on the kitchen aid. First think I noticed that the set screw on the kitchen aid doesn’t have much engagement on the grinder. I started the grind and everything seemed to be working fine, and then it stopped feeding meat. I inspected the unit and I found that the grinding blade was broken. I looked at it further and realize that the blade failure rounded off the end of the auger and made the whole thing useless.

It worked as advertised and as I expected. After use, I put the product in the dish washer and it turned black. After taking it out of the dish washer my hands were covered in a black substance and the chrome finish was gone. The box does say that it dish washer safe. I was concerned about using again and contaminating food with whatever that black stuff was. It's now in the rubbish bin and I've ordered a genuine Kitchen Aid Mincer Attachment.

Food clogged

I was very excited when I received my parcel thats when my excitement ended. On opening said parcel the item was not what I purchased it is primarily plastic not alloy as I expected only 2 sausage tubes also plastic.. very disappointing indeed.
