Not good!!
So the color is okay, nothing spectacular. I get more color payoff from Wet n Wild's brow powder which I have used for years. The powder arrived in a makeup bag and to my dismay there was a slight finger smudge (like it had been swatched). Not good!!! I expect to receive NEW products and not finger dipped cosmetics.
