Listen!! This product is amazing!! This is the second time I’ve purchased now. I have a very anxious pitbull who doesn’t like to be left alone. Applying was super easy. I even had to cut mine and was mildly easy to cut. This is 100% scratch proof. Have no scratch marks, just occasionally needs to be wiped down. I will say, it is not chew proof. My dog managed to chew off the one on the door frame, slightly damaging the frame but overall for a crazy strong dog, this works great! Removal was also super easy, was able to pull the protector off and then use a hairdryer to loosen the sticky adhesive and then just used my fingers to rub it off!!! It’s als barely noticeable! 10/10 recommend!!

They are saving my doors. The tape did not stick well so I used double sided gorilla tape and it works great.

The product is working quite well. It stands up to the talons of my two little dogs and protects the front door of my renal house. I am pleased with how its clearness blends into the door and is minimally noticeable on the dark color. I would have given it 5/5 stars but getting the thin protective layer off of both sides before installation was quoted difficult. Other than that, I very much recommend the product.

Our first experience with Protector came with repainting our house four years ago. Our dog had taught himself to scratch at the door to be let in. We followed instructions on the package and put into place a tall & wide piece of Protecto, after repairing & painting the scratches. Recently we noticed the plastic was deteriorating & pieces were falling off, so we put in a new piece. It is easy to cut using heavy scissors. You can probably get enough for 2 doors out of a single order if you measure doors ahead of time. My family has found it very useful. Our dog is happy too.

This is a firm plastic piece that attaches to your door (attachments included).it works great and I am very happy with it. My dog is a "sight hound" and when she sees rabbits or squirrels, she lunges at the door and scratches at it. This keeps my door and my dog safe.

Better than I expected. It's definitely thick enough to protect from any kind of scratching and just the right amount of flexible. The stickers are really good too. I'm pretty sure that the kind that don't damage paint. My puppy not only runs full tilt towards the door when there's something outside and then Superman punches it, she then scrambles on the edge of the window to see what's outside. Because of the The way my door is I had to Warp the plastic a little and stick it to the glass so it would protect that lip she scrabbles at. It flexed as much as I needed it to and the stickers, even though reflection is probably making them want to pull away, hold.

The material of this product is thick ,strong However it appears to be shown as though it's self stick When my painter cut it to size & began to pull the paper from behind, we both thought it was going to stick to the door as planned... It Didn't !!! There's no sticky stuff in the back of this product Then I found a sheet of instructions along with a strip of tiny sticky pads , However you have to have newborn baby fingers to remove the back of the sticky dots in order to make it stick to the product I bought silicone adhesive squeeze on the back of the shield & it's stuck to the door ! This product is thick & sturdy, But you must but the clear silicone adhesive cuz the sticky squares that it comes with are Garbage !!! Very poor use of sticky pads !! Since I put it on the bedroom door,my cat & pup try to reach up the door but the shield doesn't let them climb nor scratch the door !!! It's easy to clean ... I Def Recommend This Product , But you must use your own adhesive !!!!

For a clear plastic sheet, frankly, this is overpriced. But unfortunately there are not a lot of alternatives. I had just repainted my door and put up a window film, and my older dog has a habit of pawing at the door. Not clawing or going nuts, just pawing, but it was enough that I had to touch up the brand new paint. This shield protects the door and window and doesn't interfere with the light or drastically affect the appearance of the door. It's very shiny (a matte/less reflective option would be awesome), but there's really no invisible option, so this is probably the next best thing. Personally, I think putting one bigger piece on the door looks better than having individual small pieces, as other buyers have done in their photos. My dog has been pawing at it for a couple weeks now, and left no damage or marks. Lastly, I don't know who needs this to be said, but if your dog has severe separation anxiety and non-stop claws at the door for minutes/hours at a time, this dinky plastic sheet isn't gonna do squat. That's not it's purpose. If you have a dog with anxiety/clawing issues, spend your money on doggie anxiety meds at the vet, or buy a crate for your dog when you're away. If you still need door protection, buy something made of metal and screw it into your door, you'd be silly to assume plastic will hold up where a wooden door will not.

Absolutely love these, imagine a phone screen protector but much larger and you will know what they are like. I recently moved into a property with new french doors which I wanted to protect. I have 4 large dogs who all jump up at the door to come back in from the garden and sometimes scratch at the door to go out. Our old back door was ruined because of it and we didn't want to risk it again, hunted everywhere online and found these. They came in branded packaging and with clear instructions, I ordered 2 packs for both the interior and exterior of the doors. Fantastic product. No regrets at all.

A couple sheets of plastic and some double sided tape/velcro. Insane how expensive this thing is, and I feel like a fool for buying it. Was pretty much the only option on Amazon AU.

Como pueden ver mi perrito ya había rayado la puerta, y de hecho también ya trató de rayar la protección pero no se nota mucho. No se ha caído. Lo único es que me hubiera comprado comprar uno más ancho, porque el espacio que queda sin protección sí lo ha seguido rayando mi perro.

Works great, only thing to highlight is the round glue stickers that are very visible and not so pretty.

Great so far! We’ll see when the winter comes…. Installed on outside door with those handy dandy two way stickers.
