Whole Full Body Vibration Plate Exercise Machine 42 Hz High Speed

This machine is a wonderful addition to my wellness program. It is well made. The fact that it doesn't have hand rails makes it more versatile. I use it several ways. 1. Just stand on it. 2. Plank with it by placing my toes on the floor and my forearms on the machine. 3. Sit on it. 4. Sit in a chair with the machine in front of the chair and use it for a footstool. I'm sure there are lots more ways to use it but these are the main ones I use. The timer can be set up to 20 minutes and the vibrations can be set from 1 to 18, although the I think the more beneficial ones are on the mid to lower end. I feel like the circulation to my feet is definitely improved. My back problems are virtually gone. It's just a great way to relax at the end of the day or to get going at the beginning of the day. The hand straps, I haven't used. They have hand holder things attached to nylon webbing straps which are adjustable in length.At a local clinic I have used a much more expensive unit which has a more side to side see-saw motion. This one doesn't have that motion. It's more of a shaking all over. A great price on a great little machine.

I wish the platform were a little bit bigger so I could perform other exercises on it, but for the price, I can't expect too much. It works as expected. So far, I have had no problems with it. I have increased bone density and muscle mass in one month I also have better lymph flow. Have to use it on alternate days because detox symptoms were too strong. Ten minutes a day on alternate days with different positions (two minutes on each position) works excellent for me. I also have improved balance. Feeling better and stronger. Glad I bought this.

The machine was not a New 2019 machine. It did not work. There was no contact info in the manual . The manual was very vague. I did find a reputable company that sells the New model . I purchased that and it’s awesome! I am still waiting for my refund it has been over 15 days so nce i sent it back, but they were able to take my money immediately .

I've had this platform for a couple of months. I had one of the oscillating or pivotal ones (new) before this one that malfunctioned and was returned. I liked it. But doing my homework lead me to be confident these are much better. Well, maybe they are. The linear vibration is recommended in Becky Chamber's book on vibration platforms. So I decided to go for it and purchased this one. It is very powerful and well built. I would recommend it on that basis. But it is so powerful I can barely use it. I can't stay on it but a few minutes at a very low Hz without getting sick. The book tells you this, but I didn't expect it after having the other machine. I've been unable to build up my time and get past this problem, and beginning to feel I would have been better off buying another oscillating platform. At least I could use it long enough to help my body. I truly did feel better after using the oscillating platform, and for 10 minutes at a time, 2x a day. The linear platform can only be used for 5 min at a 2 setting, which is 7 Hz, and must be used in the morning or it makes me sicker that night. I do think the linear platform may be the better buy all around down the road. But right not, I'm considering getting another oscillating to usI am updating my review. I lost my remote and have found the company do not have nor can not get extra ones to sell. It is most inconvenient and it's hard to read which buttons to push. Spend a little extra and buy a VT. The company has a good reputation. Wish I had.

I have been using a professional machine at my club but wanted one for my home. I had low expectations for this machine because of it's price. Quite surprisingly, I have found it to just as powerful and effective as the club model. It is high quality and I am very happy with it.After using this machine for three weeks, I decided to order a Full Body Vibration Machine from the distributor for my regular home and leave the SDS machine at my cabin. The Full Body Machine cost $1000 which is 5 times the price of the SDS machine. So is it worth it?The FBM offers much more functionality such as side to side and up and down motion and more custom controls. It has superb quality and a great set of exercises on a large card. The customer service is also outstanding -- I got a real person on the phone - John -- who spent a lot of time answering my questions.The SDS machine is very good but I like the new machine much better and I believe that it is worth the price.

I do not recommend this product - it has little power and a huge waste of money.

I got turned on to vibration training from my personal trainer. He uses a Power Plate which is about $1500. I didnt want to spend that much but found vibration training warms me up for running and has been incredible in helping with my flexibility. I havent been able to touch my toes since high school but thanks to vibration training I can put my hands on the floor!I dprny about a month looking and decided on this one. Got it today. I found that the strength of the vibration is actually higher than the power plate if you put it in strong mode. The unit is fairly light weight and easy to move since you can pick it up by the top plate. Most importantly this is the better type of vibration. The oscillating machines just seem to shake your hips not really vibrate your muscles. Great if you are perfecting your twerking skills but doesnt really get in to your muscles like this one does. The instruction manual isn't very good but you can figure all of the buttons out and how to use it after a few minutes. It does make a clunking sound when it shuts down but I think that is OK. At this price if I get more than 6 moths out of it it was worth the money.
