GOOD QUALITY GLUTEN FREE FLOUR
I purchased this product specifically to make a gluten free sourdough starter and it really mixes well and looks like it is producing a nice little starter. Of course this is early days as I am only on day 4. It seems like it is a nice fine flour and the quality is good.

Appalling flour for bread and cake making
I have severe IBS and struggle to tolerate flour based doughs. I'm desperation I've tried this. This morning I've baked a loaf with it. For a start the dough is almost impossible to work. There's zero elasticity to the dough. It took 30 mins to knead into some kind of decent dough. But I knew that the loaf would be dry from the texture of the dough. The bread was baked and the end product is totally inedible. There's zero texture to the loaf as it's basically Sawdust. It was always going to come out like this as I could see from the dough that there wasn't anything to hold the loaf up. I am usually a decent bread maker but rarely bother now as I struggle to tolerate it any more. Personally, this flour is a complete waste of money if used for baking. Pastry and dough will never hold up and give texture etc. I have also tried the flour for cake making. The taste of cakes made with this flour is absolutely vile. I went straight in the bin. I will never buy any of these alternate flours ever again. Purchase with extreme caution.
