An almost instant change for the better.
I have ckd, vitamin d3 apparently should be used to help fellow sufferers. My GP has not offered it just pharmaceutical remedies which have side effects. These don't.

Excellent quality but expensive
This supplement comes at a price but it's easy to see what you're paying for, with lots of fancy and unnecessary packaging. As for the supplement itself, the capsules are small and easy to swallow. Because of a long term neurological condition, I supplement with large doses of Vitamin D (under medical supervision) and find it does make a difference especially to fatigue levels and general wellbeing. However, there are much cheaper and just as effective options out there.
