Amazing pan. Cannot recommend it enough. I have started to use sourdough and I have switched from non- stick to cast iron because I wanted no chemicals in my food. I haven’t used it, but I did oil it all over even the handle. It took good amount of oil, i used sunflower oil and a brush. I put it in the oven face down and turn it on for 1h. Dont put it in hot oven because temperature difference and might crack.After i wiped the it dry and i think its ready to use. Don't use it before you oil it. Look at the difference in the pictures. I love it. Hopefully its good.
