Best frisbee ever
Have had sooo much fun with this frisbee ring. The ring is sensitive to abuse though. You always want to keep it laid flat when being stored to keep it straight. It flys very, very far with ease.

Son & friends love it
My 16 year old son & his friends love it. He is asked to bring it to every outdoor gathering. Flies really far for hours of fun.

This thing is AMAZING!
This is, without a doubt, one of the most entertaining things i've ever played with with. It's simply addictive. And i kid you not, no matter what age, you're bound to love this pro flying ring! Everyone in my family, from my 4 year old cousin to my 70 yr old grandpa, has played with it and loved it. This is the coolest "toy" i've ever had and it was just over $10.00! You will not be disappointed.

Tons of fun (just made cheap)
Make sure you throw this on a HUGE open field. Learn to throw it before complaining and treat it like a little delicate baby. You will have tons of fun with this ring (buy the orange one). The rings are obviously made in China (what isn't?) and doesn't seem like it will last more than a couple of months. Nontheless, it's worth having a few of these in the garage for the kids to play with since they're so much fun.EXCELLENT exercise (for adults too) because it flies SO FAR and it's beautiful to watch when you learn to throw really well.

Stick with the orange
I've enjoyed playing with these since the days it used to be called a Skyro. I can add very little in good praise for this product that hasn't been said already - it's all deserved. I highly recommend having two of these for a game of catch, especially with children, because you will spend a lot of time chasing after mis-aimed throws. (They did set a Guinness Book of World Records record after all.)I will say (because I don't believe I've read it anywhere) that this ring cuts through the wind relying very little on it and more on it's own momentum and aerodynamics -- so should be thrown with the same general force. Light and half-hearted tosses make it drop, whereas with Frisbees, wind and sailing can compensate for that. Inversely, if you throw it too hard, you can easily find yourself chasing after it hundreds of feet when you only intended to get it to your buddy 50 feet away. The one negative thing I noticed about the Aerobie is that the yellow model I have seemed to decompose in the little sun that it saw. The rubber on the outside of the hard plastic center is all but cracked off all around, greatly affecting it's performance. It flies shortened distances and sharply curves in flight in the direction opposite the throwing hand. I have another Aerobie that's orange and about the same age which has exhibited none of the same problems. Everything else about Aerobies are excellent.

Family Favorite - Very Fun!
This flying ring has been one of our favorite toys for years. It is similar to a frisbee but much more fun, as you can do things with it that are impossible with a frisbee. For example you can put your arm up and instead of catching it, you can try to put your arm through the hole (like a ring toss with your arm as the stick). You can throw it numerous ways (written on the rim for easy reference) and catch it many ways too, even with your foot. It flies over a great distance because it is lighter than a frisbee. You can throw it so it skims the surface of the ground lightly and comes back up again. My son can throw it forehand but most people we play with throw backhand, like a frisbee.Every time we play with this, people gather around to watch. We have played it on many beaches (I used to think I should buy a bunch and sell them on the side) and parks. It doesn't take a long time to become adept at throwing and catching it. Our son, who is now seven and draws crowds with his cool maneuvers, started at two. Of course, at two he certainly couldn't do what he can do now, but he still loved it. You don't have to be good at frisbee to play. We have showed many friends how to play and they do well within a few minutes. Later, they ask us where to buy one! That is why I am writing this review. I am buying one for a friend and two for us. I cannot believe that this product has not been reviewed and rated as 5 stars by 50 people or so, like other high quality, fun products on Amazon. Toys R Us sells them too, or at least they used to. We bought our first Aerobie almost 10 years ago at the Alexander Graham Bell museum in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, in a small shop with lots of other cool toys and science products.Aerobies do not float, so you have to get them before they sink if you play at the beach. Also we have gotten many stuck in trees, but most of them we have been able to rescue. This is a really fun flying ring that will give you lots of exercise and put a smile on your face too.

a Frisbee with Backbone
There's not a great deal to say here. Other, than it's a well designed throwing object. I use it with my Jack Russell Terrier and he loves fetching it. It works well cause of the hollow center. He can flip it over his head and run with it. You also can throw it a long way. I think it probably costs less than a $1 to make, so you end up spending a lot for other costs. I am not sure what to say about that. Besides, I wish it were less expensive.
