It was surprisingly comfortable. So I immediately ordered a second one. By inflating one fully and then putting the other which is only 3/4 inflated on top, it works exceptionally well. It is soft and comfortable and provides perfect elevation. I don't use a pillow case on them because the rougher felt keeps you from sliding down. It appears to be easy to clean with a microfiber cloth. The great thing is they are easy to inflate and deflate. When deflated they fold into a small size and fit easily into the provided carry case. They take up very little space in the suitcase and weigh very little. You can put them in your carry-on or checked baggage. They have made my trips much more comfortable and I'm sleeping better when I'm traveling. So far there are no issues with them losing air at night. I am a small person weighing 110 lbs. I don't know how well they would hold up with a heavier person. But for me, they have worked very well. They've helped with breathing as well as controlling coughing and reflux. And they are comfortable! Should I have issues with them as I use them more, I'll come back and edit this review. However, as for now, I highly recommend this product.
