Used this in the RV bath sink drain to help with smells and burps. Seems to help with them, it did burp once, and the pressure was so high, it leaked out of the fittings. With that known, I cranked them down extra, I'm gonna regret that later.Want to install one in the kitchen, but not nearly as easy to reach.Didn't have any install issues, pretty self explanatory. I installed mine vertical to lessen any cleaning or potential clogs.Plan to get the kitchen when im motivated.

Found out after buying my house that one of my mini split condensate lines was ran into the sewage which caused foul odor in the room. Use this as a condensate drain to prevent sewer odors from coming up since the condensate line goes straight into sewage. It was extremely difficult to find the pipes and connections to make this work since this is mainly for sinks. But the documentation says it can be used for condensate lines and so it is. Works great a little ugly but does the job. Amazing how little water it takes to flow down the membrane. Makes a very good condensate p trap solution.

I still don't know why these aren't code for residential use in most places...they've been used throughout Europe and the UK for years...I suspect it has something to do with lobbying efforts from plumber unions. Anyway, mine works flawlessly and I saved a ton of space under my sink.

This was perfect for under my RV shower. I had no room between the drain and the floor for a P-trap and this fit perfectly. So I didn’t have to cut an oversized hole.

I was looking for a non-ptrap solution for the condensate from my mini split air conditioning condensate. During the summer, I expect drips and drops. None of the reviews mention how little water it takes to open the membrane.I bought it on a whim and it works, even with a teaspoon or so of water, it just slips through. After lots of experimentation, even if you get a little water to build up, once it fills past a certain amount (centimeter or so), it all just slips through.Now I drain my condensate directly into the drain. No ptrap to dry out, no pump to fail, no sewer gasses.This product is simply amazing.

All of the parts needed were included in the kit with simple replacement instructions included.
