We travel fulltime in an RV with 3 little kids so we drive A LOT. 2 kids are in backless boosters and these are awesome for car naps and to cut down on backseat fighting. We keep them in the up postion until someone gets drowsy. They pull one or both down easily by themselves and can take a nice neck comfy nap while we drive. They are in a good place for my 4 year old and would still work for me. When we start hearing the backseat "stop looking at me!" fighting we have then pul down their seat wings and they get some space to themselves. Would never car trip without these. They fit easily on our 2019 F350 headrests and dont black the back window for the driver much more than the headrests do. Well made, sturdy, easy to install. Love these.

They fit a 2015 T/C but it takes some work to get them in. The head rests are not very high and there isn't much room to squeeze the bracket in. You can make it work but might need a friend to help. Seem to work well once you install them. No complains from my kids

Best sub 20 dollar upgrade to any vehicle. My youngest daughter has practice 6 days a week and it allows her to take power naps while driving to and from. She is a busy bee and sometimes needs those 25 minute recharge times during car rides. Long road trips for vacation are so much better with this easy to install addition. When it's not needed just fold it out of the way. In other words, get one and you might hear the "are we there yet" question less frequently on long car rides.

My seven year old loves to fall asleep in the car on our trips. We felt bad she was always slumped over and looked uncomfortable. We drove 20 minutes away to a w3dding after installing these and she put them down to see how they worked and was out in minutes. She said it was comfortable.

The idea behind this was good, but the head support paddles are too short to really enjoy and a persons head just bobs right off of it instead of resting comfortably against.

Sleepy passengers. I can give it the ability to be active and not active just push it up or down (adjustable.) it’s somewhat sturdy needs a bit more metallic gears. It fits pretty well.

I purchased the Heapany Car Headrest for my wife (who loves to sleep in the car) before our vacation, which included 12 hours of driving each way. She immediately loved it and said it was a game changer. She used to find it difficult to keep her head positioned comfortably while sleeping, but with this headrest she had a stable and comfortable place to lay her head. Installation is easy once you determine which bushing to use with your headrest post. I only gave it 4 stars because the plastic feels very flimsy and seems like it could break easily. However, it has worked flawlessly so far.

Does the job right when it matters. Excellent value for money. Long ride, I see my children sleep peacefully n comfortably. No money can match that.

Not even two months and sparingly used the knob left side came off. I am unable to use or return as it is more than the return date.
