I need to get used to taking this daily. When I take it. It works really well. It's a bit of a large pill, yet I take it with something that I can swallow it easily. It's ironic that the pills that are small cost more. I don't have a taste by swallowing it, no side effects. Some of it actually dissolves in my mouth and I don't have a bad taste so that's a good thing. I do feel better when I take it

Haven’t found any side effects except for some added energy which is always a plus these days. With one a day that’s easy right? And think about increasing energy to get all that’s important done! The cost is reasonable for all that comes packed into one large vitamin. Guess one little side affect is they are large in size.
