I need to get used to taking this daily. When I take it. It works really well. It's a bit of a large pill, yet I take it with something that I can swallow it easily. It's ironic that the pills that are small cost more. I don't have a taste by swallowing it, no side effects. Some of it actually dissolves in my mouth and I don't have a bad taste so that's a good thing. I do feel better when I take it

Good product but could be better. Fifty and older still need iron, at least I do. This multivitamin does not have iron. Iron is an essential mineral and integral to almost every part of the body, especially to aid delivery of oxygen to muscles, heart and brain.

Haven’t found any side effects except for some added energy which is always a plus these days. With one a day that’s easy right? And think about increasing energy to get all that’s important done! The cost is reasonable for all that comes packed into one large vitamin. Guess one little side affect is they are large in size.

i want to share something and hoping it can help others the way it has been helping me. So my friend who is going threw the same with Fibromyalgia so I told her about these vitamins ive been taking and feel they have helped with my flare-ups.
