The SmartSleeve is better than a other protective sleeves, even Hefty zipperlock plastic bags, becuase it is less bulky. But it is a little too flimsy-stiff. It tends to get cracks on first use, or when stored folded in a pocket, or if touched by any hard object such as a key. Also the top seal is not as strong or easy to use as a zipperlock - it is a very thin ziplock.

Expensive for what they are. I now use snack bags when I need to keep my hands clean. The phone works fine when in a snack bag.

For my Galaxy Note I will have to look for the correct size, the sleeves successfully endured a trip to Mexico, with several plane changes and bus trips, they also proved to be tear resistant and of course water was not a problem.

This product works great. Touch screen works well through the plastic. I highly recommend it to those who only need to waterproof their phone occasionally.
