I have used for years . Took a break and went to straight vitamins . But came back as I felt a negative difference in my legs

I've been using Move Free Advanced for a few months and have seen real improvement in joint comfort and flexibility. The glucosamine, chondroitin, and added ingredients help reduce stiffness, especially in my knees. The tablets are a bit large, but easy enough to take daily. 88% of the reviews are excellent+ good so that tells you something. Yes, this does work. Yes, I find the pills too big to swallow comfortably. I cut them in half. Yes, they can mildly irritate the intestinal track so I eat before and drink water and I'm fine. This product takes away my hip muscle area inflammation and does wonders for my knee. It works. I started really feeling it after three days. Read the label. See the contents. Then decide if you want to try it and decide for yourselves. The older we get, the more our cells do not easily produce the acids we need for cell integrity and nerve coatings. This leads in my view to inflammation. I think this helps things at a cellular level. It does not mask pain. It seems to stop it or at least mitigate it. I do not want to take it long-term but short-term, I have mobility again. I like to stay active so this is a win-win for me.

It's too soon to tell how effective this product will or won't be, but one advantage of it is that it is lower in sodium than other brands. It;s disappointing, however, not to have the label list the milligrams of elemental calcium contained in the form of calcium used because without that information one can't know how many milligrams of calcium to use for a daily calcium intake tally. That is the reason for 3 stars and not more, plus the fact that there are no long term impact clinical studies on calcium fructoborate as to safety for human health and one AI says not to count it towards a daily mg of calcium intake

I tried this supplement because my hips hurt all the time, especially when bending and getting in and out of the car. I am 59 years old. I only take one pill a day and all my pain is gone. I highly recommend this product!
