Can this be allowed to run continously for a few hours?

Be very careful of this seller, my first unit lasted less than 45 days of use in a timer that had it on 3 mins and off @15 mins. It was in a res. That kept that water at optimum level at all times. I t just died. The seller has been running me around for a month. I sent images, then videos. They said thy were shipping a replacement. A couple days later they claimed they had no replacements because of supply chain issues. They offered me a 50% then 55% now 65% refund. Now Amazon shows them back in stock, I continue to push for a replacement. VERRY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do NOT stand behind their products. LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT VENDOR.

My power supply box was really hot, now it won’t produce fog. Is it damaged or needs to cool down?
