Bought this for my girlfriend who had been discharged from the hospital weeks ago. In her blood tests, it showed a deficiency in vitamin D. I decided to log on to Amazon. Which we did and the free product came 4 days after this supplement was delivered. Anyway, after 3 weeks of taking the supplement, my girlfriend had been in a brighter mood and her memory sharpness had improved. Disclaimer: i have been looking after my girlfriend well, cooking her different kinds of balanced meals so her improved health doesn't solely depend on supplements and medicines. But i believe this vit D has been a great help.I have full confidence with Nu U Nutrition as a company and I have been buyinh from them since 2018 albeit this is my first review on Amazon.

I have been taking D3 vitimin for some time, but this is the first time I have been able to get it with K2 included and at a very reasonable price too. I have been using this supplier for several years with all my vitimin requirements, and can say they are very reliable and good value for money.

These capsules are powder only, which is ideal for travelling, particularly on a plane where liquids are restricted. I take two a day of these, one AM and one PM. Got some catching up to do I think for all the years of neglecting my joints, teeth, and arteries with calcification, K2 power all the way!! As for D3, well I say no more. The H1N1 flu virus run riot in people who were low on D3! Again excellent product and will buy again.
