Q: If pouring a new slab can I embed in the center of 4 inches of concrete?

I would not as you would be two inches away from the surface which is a long ways away from the intended surface. Plus how would you hold it in place while pouring the slab. Sounds like a good idea but I don't think it will work out like you think.

You can wire to a existing outlet as long as you do not overload the circuit with the heat. The current draw is 4 amps and all the other devices or loads on the circuit you are adding it should not exceed 12 amps for a 15-amp circuit and 16 amps for a 20-amp circuit. A rule of thumb is 1.5 amps per outlet and then whatever the wattage of the lighting if applicable. P=IE or E=IR

Q: can i install this under shower flooring?

I believe they say you can but I never do. To much liability.

Q: Is it possible the extend purchase 100 sq ft off heating wire and add it to this kit while keeping 120v? If yes, how?

You can't add or cut the heating wire. Have to order per sq foot of heated area.
