DESCRIPTION: The Sergeant 300B shrink wrap sealer is a compact single arm I-sealer suitable for sealing small production quantities (max 10 packs/min) in shrink film. This shrink wrap sealer works well with all centerfolded shrink film materials (especially polyolefin) and consistently delivers superior strength seals. The 300B shrink wrap sealer is often used in combination with a heat gun to shrink wrap products, creating an entry-level shrink wrap system. The 160B is equipped with a 30" long, round seal/cutting wire, which seals and cuts the material in one step. The maximum film reel width that can be used is 30". The included film separating plate makes it easy to place the product in between the centerfolded shrink film. In addition, the adjustable timer with indicator light allows for consistent results every time. The 300B shrink wrap sealer offers a very flexible low-budget solution for small production quantities and takes up less space than other shrink wrap solutions. These features make the 160B idea. for use in stores, shops, offices and other environments requiring a small footprint shrink wrap system. OPERATION: Place the corner of the product on the film separator. Slide the product into the open end of the centerfolded film, and into the sealing position. With the product covered in film, close the sealing jaw and make a bag around the product. Now turn the package 90° so that the open end of the bag is below the sealing jaw. Close the sealing jaw again and now you have a completely sealed package, with all the film beyond the edge of the seal being neatly trimmed away. If you would like, you can use a heat gun (not included) to shrink wrap the film around the package.
