This was ordered for my grandaughter... Her Aunt Brandy was her world and when she was taken from us Aubree has had a Huge void. Aubree is 9... My daughter was 24 and not gone a year yet. The necklace is of great quality to include the chain. It is sturdy. The heart charm itself has enough weight to it that you feel it...my grandaughter cried when she saw it today. She declared that she's in love with it.The necklace came sooner than expected and that was the best surprise! The box it came in was exceptional in that it was jeweler quality. No felt bag.This is truly quality work and an amazing dedication to getting it done right.It arrived Much Earlier than stated...and that shot my elation thru the roof!!

Definitely do not recommend!!! The necklace I received looked absolutely nothing like the picture i uploaded. The image I sent was a bright, normal picture that you could easily tell what the picture was of. The necklace I received had a picture that was so dark you could only tell in certain lights what the picture was. I contacted the seller asking for a refund and was told that it was my fault that I didn't upload a "high quality" image. Funny, because when I received this awful necklace I immediately ordered from a different seller that was much cheaper, using the EXACT SAME IMAGE, and I have already received it, and it was perfect. You could actually see the image just how I uploaded it, so not entirely sure why these people can't seem to get it right. Now I'm out almost 30 bucks because they refuse to give me a refund since ya know, apparently it's my fault. 🤬🤬

Definelty tool forever to get here and i gaurantee it wont last a week. Bought 2 for nanas ashes. Looked like they glued the picture on . not water proof. Disappointed

I LOVE this necklace. Originally, the first one I purchased didn’t come exactly how I ordered it. Not sure if it was confusion on my part or not. However, I reached out to the owners and they were more than happy to send me another one that had the correct inscriptions on it. Very happy with my purchase. A beautiful tribute to my sweet 14 year old service dog Chloe.

Didn’t hear back from the seller about specific instructions I asked for. Ok quality. Suggest finding a different seller. When you lose someone you want to remember them in a respectful way and I wish the product reflected that.

I'm so very happy that this necklace came with the true image of my mom. I was worried it may be blurry and I worried the image might fade away but it hasn't. Other family members are considering getting one just like it as well.
