This vital wheat gluten has been a staple in my kitchen for a while now, and it works amazingly well. I use Anthony's Goods Vital Wheat Gluten in my FMF bread and other baking recipes to add extra strength and structure to the dough, and it makes such a noticeable difference. My breads rise better, hold their shape, and have that nice chewy texture you want instead of turning out dense or crumbly. Especially if you’re baking with alternative flours or lower-gluten recipes, this really helps improve the final result. A little truly goes a long way, so the 2 lb bag lasts much longer than you’d expect — definitely worth the price. For storage, I transfer mine into a Tupperware container with a tight lid to keep it fresh and extend the shelf life, and it stays perfect. Anthony’s Organic Vital Wheat Gluten is an ingredient in my favorite bread recipe. I only use 1 teaspoon to help with texture and rise, so the 2 lb. bag is a value for the money. It is a fine powder and dissolves easily. The bag closes well and protects its contents.

I love Anthony’s products. Vital wheat Gluted is that product you need in a Vegan, Plant Based pantry. You can make sandwich “meat” and other substitutes for meals, and it works perfectly. I have done washing flour seitan but it’s impossible to blend it with flavorings and other ingredients. I like to add tofu or beans and different spices. Using organic vital wheat gluten is the key to making delicious sandwich slices and vegan hot dogs, I don’t even buy began hot dogs any more. Home made is as easy as can be,

Helps whole wheat texture

Anthony's products are always great. I'm a big fan and order often. Their vital wheat gluten is my staple. It's got a high protein, great taste and texture profile that I recommend to anyone. The size to price ratio is very good. It is always smooth bodied and not caked together and adds body and good texture to anything I've used it in. It's got the fresh, clean smell of bakery goodness and I don't think I'll probably ever switch to another brand.

Going low carb is tough. This product makes bread making so much easier. It will never taste like regular bread but it does an excellent job and mine tastes so much better than supermarket ones. Get baking 😋
