it is a good item for videos however its a little bit complicated but very portablegood quality with many functional uses

I really like the Moza Mini MX, it's easy to setup and use right out of the box. You don't need the app. It has excellent stabilization, it's sturdy, lightweight and comes with a neat carrying case 👌. Now, I haven't used it with the app, yet. The app looks amazing 👏. I really like this Moza Mini MX Gimbal 😍.

I tested the gimbal today for my. daily bike and run every night, the Moza Mini MX performs very well even on running and biking. The added bonus is the Camera app with features and was able to upgrade the firmware as well before using it. At first you will be confused in unfolding but once you figured it out the operation setup is easy and fast not to mention the portability literally you can put it inside your jogger pants pockets. For the price and value of this gimbal and all the added features and camera app. You can't find a product at this price-point.

My product stop working and I was instructed to contact the manufacturer since it was within warranty, they then sent me to the seller who was slow on responding so that the product was out of warranty and they would help me other than offering me a discount to purchase from them. I'm not completely sure they are in US either.

It's a good purchase to start with, although it doesn't feel like the best plastic I think it's enough, you just have to take care of it a little, for the rest it seems fine to me, although some benefits are mostly using the app, everything should already be integrated, I also liked the case and the tripod, it's not something that comes with all stabilizers for that price.

Gimbal works great for something small like my GoPro 10, but a somewhat small/medium device such as my QooCam Evo 3D camera it is not strong enough and will fail. I have several other gimbals and i know it is no an issue with balancing, it is simply too weak for the QooCam 3D camera. I have this gimbal away to a friend and had to purchase a slightly larger gimbal of a different brand. Hope this help anyone with their future purchases of this gimbal.

1) Had to manually connect to it thru Bluetooth every time powering up. After connecting, all the buttons worked for taking pictures etc, but the joystick to move it around didn't work and it didn't self balance. I followed the instructions and the YouTube videos which coincided, and it still did not work. I contacted their tech support and it says they would respond 48-72 hours. Right away, I received a confirmation email that I reached out to their tech support. 4 days later no response. Yes I checked my junk box and there is no response from them.2) The tripod that it comes with it doesn't have good balancing and it can easily top over.3) the phone mount only holds the phone without a case. I have a smaller phone, Galaxy S21 5G, and it would not fit in the phone holder without taking the case off. This wasn't because of the width of the phone but because of the mounting mechanics.I then bought a DJI gimbal and it worked right away, and the tripod mounting is much sturdier, and the phone mount works well with my case.

I am extremely happy with these gimbals, I needed to purchase 3 gimabls for a project so price was a big part of my initial decision however these are actually shockingly good and well made! I wish the face tracking was able to detect multiple faces, that would be my only request, hopefully they update the iPhone app to support that in the future.
