Samstar Desk Organizer, 5 Tier Paper Organizer Letter Tray File Sorter Document Storage for Office Organization (with Extra Drawer)

We have a big family with some young adult offspring still living at home and the mail basket had become somewhat of a black hole. This organizer was relatively inexpensive and pretty easy to put together. There was a little finagling to get the last screw in, but not a big deal. I picked this version of the many out there because I could attach labels along the side with initials of our mail recipients. Jury Duty notices and other important correspondences are no longer getting lost, lol (funny not funny). This unit doesn't take up too much space and fits well under the cupboards in the hallway. I just set the drawer that came with it on the top - not being used as of yet. It's sturdy, blends in, and serves its purpose well!

Was a college school gift for my son. He uses it and likes it for organizing.

After cleaning each piece, I assembled it in just a couple of minutes. The first one was so useful I ordered a second. In the first one I store in-progress sewing and craft projects. In the second, I stack books that I need to keep on a shelf where lining them up in the traditional standing position wouldn't work. The stand is sturdy enough to hold the books without the shelves bending at all, and it has the additional advantage of having a flat surface on top for other items, so storing the books in the rack increased my shelf space. The second rack I ordered came with a piece that hangs on the side to hold small items. Since the hanging piece is divided in the middle, nothing that I need to store fits in there, but I suppose it's nice to have the extra piece of storage if I ever need it. Both sets came with a divided tray that slides onto shelves. I put both trays in the set that I use for crafts; the trays are handy for separating small in-progress craft/sewing projects.

I am not sure if I got a dud but mine is definitely rickety. I am overall okay with it for my storage purposes but if I used it every day, I could see that being an issue. I'm giving 3 stars because, for my purposes, this is a fine product. I think if it were sturdier I would give it 5 stars. The compartments are accessible overall and it has a nice divided drawer that's great for small desk supplies or even jewelry or something. It's just classic metal mesh that reminds me of school or something, not much to look at, but it gets the job done!!

Easy to assemble and very good quality.

I bought this to organize laptops to make a charging station. I had it laying down like it's pictured and I felt like the laptops might fall out. Or the kids would try to get one out and then they would all fall out. I layed it on it's back with the openings facing up and it works perfectly. It stores two tablets, three ipads, four laptops, a standard keyboard, mouse pads and the mice. I also have charging cords in the side basket and an iphone! This is awesome! Thank you for making something so sturdy that it holds more than just paper and folders! This is exactly what I was looking for!!!

I bought this to replace an old small one and I love it. It took me minutes to assemble and inspired other family members to get one when they saw it. I can fit everything and then some and it has been a joy to have. It isn't the end all organizer but is great for my needs and would work best for students. If you are college bound, get this.

This is exactly what I needed to stay organized with my papers and letters. I might put the detachable tray in my drawer as it fits nicely into the skinny middle desk drawer to keep my pens organized. Easy to assemble in 5 minutes or maybe less. Just 4 screws. Do tighten them in stages with the tool provided. Slide-in all the trays before you fully tighten the screws. Very sturdy. I like to weigh mine down with my magazines in the bottom tray. Metal over plastic because I don't have much space on my desk. Black to complement my black monitor.

Exactly as described - however given the size it should have been a bit cheaper.

Diese Dokumentenablage ist stabil und sieht gut auf meinem Schreibtisch aus. Viel besser als die billige Version eines bekannten Möbelhauses, bei dem die Einlagebögen früher oder später unter der "Last" nachgeben (auch bei nicht maximaler Befüllung). PS: Ich habe ca. 40 Euro dafür bezahlt. Diesen Preis halte ich (wie im Titel beschrieben) für "angemessen".

Ich bin begeistert von diesem Ablage System endlich hat alles seinen Platz und es sieht auch noch Klasse aus. Aufbau war Kinderleicht.

Ist sehr schön und sieht jetzt sehr ordentlich aus auf dem tisch.sehr nützlich.
