Epoxy is one of the best paints against fuels and chemicals after 2 part urethanes used on cars, which are probably the best I know of in my limited understanding. Never needed a primer and does not call for one on the can. Epoxy paints are not supposed to hold up forever against uv radiation, but is easily top coated after a few years.
