This lotion works very well for anti-itch.

I have a neurodermatitis patch on my ankle as well as some hive flare ups on my arms, and this almost instantly relieves the itching sensation. My ankle is already looking better and it's helping me break the scratch cycle that keeps neurodermatitis around.

As someone who dislikes the sensory feeling of lotion on their skin, this lotion is actual quite decent. I have extremely sensitive skin and this truly feels like it was made with sensitive skin in mind. It has an extremely light, barely-there scent that almost immediately goes away after being rubbed into the skin. Usually when a bottle says 'unscented' I tend to not believe it because they always have a scent of some kind or another. This lotion does have a slight, short-term scent, but as mentioned, it really doesn't last long and it is not be bothersome in the slightest. The texture is decent, but I greatly dislike the feeling of lotion so I can't judge too much. There is a very mild greasiness, but again, that might just be me. I have very dry skin and it soaks in rather quickly, leaving my skin extremely soft, but it does leave the slightest of sheens on the surface. I will say, I don't notice a lot of anti-itch support. Regardless, if you're looking for the simplest of lotions without harmful fragrance, this is absolutely a great contender.

I had never heard of this but Miss Google told me it was helpful for oak mites. Put on your steroid cream and then this lotion over the top to seal it in. OMG it was a miracle. Highly recommended!

The steriod free anti-itch relief isn’t greasy it soaks right into the skin. It helps with mild itching. So it does help for a good hour. It’s easy to apply. It’s a good value for one who have the skin irritation and can’t use a lot of the lotions out there. This is hypoallergenic for that extra sensitive skin. This is very nice quality. This is steriod free so you don’t have to worry about using this on children.

The new formula does not work for me as well as the original Sensitive Sarna. I use it on my caesarian scar. I used to only apply it once after my bath. Now I have to apply it several times a day because the itch keeps coming back. Something in the new added ingredients - aloe, squalane or jojoba oil - must cause irritation. I am very disappointed because the original Sensitive Sarna was the only thing that brought immediate relief.
