I specifically read the reviews, and this company claims that it is steel-reinforced, for professional use, and does not warp. I used it for the first time to bake a meatloaf, and it warped immediately. What am I missing? Is it not steel-reinforced?Revised: 3/21/25. When I originally wrote this review, I gave them a one-star rating for a defective product. Immediately, their customer service team reached out and inquired about what had happened. They sent me a replacement, and since then I've used the cooking sheet several times and it has been perfect. I don't know how, but I guess I did had a defective one. Based on their customer service and this specific product, I am increasing their rating to a four-star rating. Yes, I would recommend this product; I didn't give it an honest chance.

I was looking for a wire wire cooking rack to match the pan that I had, in the end, I needed to opt for this which does the job. The feet on the rack are only an inch, but higher than most and keep the food out of the grease and allows for good air circulation.The bottom of pan is dimpled which reduces the possibility of food sticking to it, but maybe not the best for baking, but it seems to clean up nicely. There is a sturdy edge roll on the pan, it’s rated for up to 575 degrees F.I would have preferred some more height on the rack feet and some additional depth in the pan, however and inch of hot grease can be tricky when I’m trying to take it out of the oven.All and all this pan is a good choice.

Second one I bought for my wife.She needed two because she is doing more cooking and baking.She informed me that this is 'DEFINITELY A FIVE STAR PRODUCT!'

This pan & rack is perfect. I really like the look & feel of the pan. The rack fits nicely inside the pan, and doesn't slide around like some pans. I highly recommend.

Seems sturdy and cleaned easily. Used once so far to make wings.

Bought this not for baking but for meat curing and aging setup. it is hard to find trays that are not one inch deep, but actually deeper, like this one, 1.3" deep. The depth was a deciding factor for me to buy two of these trays, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both tray and rack. That's a forever kind of kitchen tool, the way it should be - buy a good quality piece once and use it for life. Happy with this purchase!
