Great edition to a Halloween costume!

Bought these as a costume detail as I was playing the chief of police in "State Fair" and I didn't want something as ostentatious as stars. Worked well, and gave me no problems. (The title is a riff on the song  Our State Fair  from the play.

I bought these for my husband who was in the army, and these are miniature eagles. They’re not full-size rank insignia.
