Some tool fanatics love to compare tape measure standout. It's a thing apparently. They'd say, "But how far does it standout though?" Give any man a new tape measure and he will test how far it stands out. To be honest, we didn't intend to elongate this "feature." When this tape measure is new, a one-handed standout can be UP TO 13+ feet in length. It's quite impressive but not surprising when you consider how heavy, thick, and wide the tape measure was made so as to achieve 40 total feet. The unpaid hand-model in this ridiculous video had never seen this tape measure before filming.
