I purchased it to remove a dent that I found in one of the back doors of my car, just in the center of the panel, and the worst part is that it was not a bump but a line, like if someone was trying to park very close to my car and made a scratch (without removing the paint) around 10 inches long. And it was deep. I knew that this tool would not be my salvation but it improved considerably the looks of the dent. The day I noticed the dent I saw it from 20 Ft. away, and now you have to look for it to see it. As it was long, I had to go little by little from the beginning to the end, and then go back again. It took me around 4 hours, but it worked. The result is not perfect but I am pleased. I gave it a try to remove a round dent that I have from a long time ago on the edge of the hood, and the dent disappeared in the first try. I started using the black glue stick that supposedly is more gentle but it was not enough powerful. The yellow one worked better. Be aware that if you leave the glue gun in "on" position during your work, the glue will continue pouring from the tip, so it is better to switch it to off as soon as you finish each application and then turn it on again when you need it. As it was hot and not much time passed, it will melt the stick very fast.

The puller is flawed in it's design, it is unable to hold on to the suction plate! Also it's not easy to remove! Removed clear coat! Bought one from Harbor Freight, work like a dream and it's cheaper!

My husband wanted a tool to remove the little dent on my car. It kind of worked, but not really. The dent is still quite visible, but we didn’t have high expectations, so weren’t too disappointed. The instructions were clearly written by someone whose native language was not English or maybe AI. “Ordinary female employee (sexist much?)” and “Warm tips” cracked us up

My car got hit by another cars door. Left a dent about the side of a quarter. I wasn't sure how I was going to fix it. Fortunately, I found this kit with the glue gun and sticks. I wish it would have come with better instructions on the purpose and use of each connection. I assumed it really didn't matter which one to use, as long as the dent was larger than the attachment used. I had two different color glue sticks, again, not sure why, maybe use the dark for dark color car and light for light color car? Either way, it was about 60 degrees outside when I used the dent removal tool. I let the glue dry for about 30 seconds, and began twisting the tool until it popped. It did really well on the first try, but I ended up doing it again to make sure I got the dent as smooth as possible. I really can't complaint. Great Product.

This product works exactly how it is supposed to if you take your time. Wash the location with alcohol, dry it down, LET THE GLUE SET, and slowly pull out the dent. Any haste will lead to frustration as the glue is not easy to remove from the vehicle and you won't want to redo many after your first few. As for the glue, make sure you have 99% rubbing alcohol or close to it. Spray, peel, and spray again. Go slow and don't dig in.

Set wasn't very effective or easy to use. The adhesive works really well and its a smart design but not as useful as I hoped it would be. Glue is super strong so that makes it worth the price but is also really hard to completely remove afterwards. Luckily it can be used as a hit glue gun for other things.

So after I dented the front bumper of my new Mustang by pulling forward a wee bit too far into the driveway and hit the tongue of the trailer, I thought all hell was going to break loose when my husband got home. I ordered this dent puller and when it came in asked my husband if he could try to get the dent out. It took him less than 30 minutes. You can’t even tell what happened, it looks perfect again! He said it was super easy to use.

It worked great. Dent in a bumper popped right out. The dent was deep and the screw head barely reached, but I got it. The glue was easy, it came off fairly easy with 75% alcohol...wish I had before and after photos. Glued 4 spots total, 3 were just touchup after the main big one.
