Great little product, even better customer service!
I originally bought this product during lockdown as I was wanting to start up my own little nail business when the restrictions were eased.The drill worked perfectly, was very simple to use and very effective, and the product being rechargeable was so incredibly helpful as it meant I wasn’t limited to working next to a plug socket.Unfortunately a week into lockdown being lifted my drill became faulty and being outside of Amazon’s 30 day return policy I wasn’t able to return. I was extremely disappointed as I really liked the product.Unsure of what else to do I contacted the seller directly and they have been 100% wonderful. They issued me a replacement product which I can happily say I have been using without any further issues. Big thumbs up to this company as they didn’t have to help me as I was outside of Amazon’s warranty period but they went out of their way to ensure they gave wonderful customer service and support!

Good buy
This machine is amazing! I do my own nails as well as a few friends and hasn't let me down yet! It is quiet and works well. The speed setting and rotational spin switch is effortless and makes using this machine a pleasure!

Easy to use but stopped working after a few uses!!
Easy to use and all seemed well, however this broke easily and just stopped working after not a lot of use. When turning the drill on, it had a melt down and then gave the blank screen of death. Not happy!

Really happy, so far so good!
Great little rechargeable nail drill/file, was happy that it came with a full charge and so far if done 5 sets of nails and it’s still showing over half battery! Would be better if it came with a few of the ceramic nail files rather than all metal, but all in all it’s great, I’m still trying to get to grips with the forward and reverse and when to change direction lol.The main shell seems a bit flimsy but time will tell.

Does what it says
Very light to use, like the locking Chuck so the drill bits are secure and easy to use. Was not keen on the supplied drill bits but have my own which fit so not a problem, would recommend.

Acquistata per rimuovere il gel applicato dall'estetista. Ci ho messo un po' per prenderci la mano e ho fatto anche qualche danno ma è da imputarsi alla mia inesperienza non allo strumento. Per un uso domestico è ottima e anche gli accessori in dotazione mi sembrano di qualità accettabile.
