DON'T DO IT!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!!!!
The product is total junk! The huge number of songs that are available are in multiple different languages. VERY DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE because the instructions are in Chinese. I tried multiple times to return this and was sent a canned response asking me to have a Facetime call with someone who never tried to contact me. After enough e-mail complaints asking simply for a return, I was simply ignored. What can I do, they are in China and know your hands are completely tied. It says this product ships from Arizona. NOT TRUE!!! I filed a complaint with Amazon and they couldn't do anything. Basically I wasted close to $1,000.00 if you include the protection plan. Thank goodness I was able to get a refund on that. PLEASE...PLEASE...do not make the mistake of purchasing this product.

Poor quality and bad service
After spent a few hours, I installed those devices and start to listen then turned off. Next morning tried to turn on again but there is error missing detect HDD! I asked seller that is asking to contact foreign country. Wait a few day, I opened case reconnect HDD fixed the issue but cannot connect WIFI. I asked seller support but never feedback till now over one more week.

Lack of things
It's a bad experience for me. The seller didn’t give me screw, it let me can’t fix it, my ktv touch screen still lie down on my desk, the screw is missing let can’t install it, feels bad for me. and cable has less obvious scratches. And I bought 6T and he give me 4T

Nice ktv system but some minor setup issues sold by a very responsive and helpful seller.
Nice ktv system and has all the features promised. The connection was relatively straightforward and although there were some minor setup issues, Anson was very helpful in getting them resolved via wechat. Also I would recommend better documentations or instructional videos so that it would be easier to figure out all the different features available.
