Please note that when starting to release steam, you will see some water coming out of the unit, and this is completely normal as this is linked to the condensation caused by the hot steam passing through the hose, which is still cold. We always suggest our customers to dispense steam on a cloth or in a bucket to allow the hose to heat up.
