I am extremely pleased with my chair! I’ve waited for over a month now before writing a review to be sure that my first impressions would last. They have!The chair arrived extremely well packaged, with every part neatly itemised. The instructions are very clear to understand and it took me 35 minutes to put it all together (not including unpacking) not once needing an extra pair of hands.My chair has been really comfortable to use and is adjustable vertically and tilt-able. It’s highest setting is really quite high for an office chair and exactly what I was looking for as my desk is big and high. I love the fact that the arms can be lifted up out of the way for when I’m rummaging through my desk drawers or wanting to slide it under my desk. The base is wide and solidly made, to give the stability needed for such a substantial chair. The faux leather covering is of good quality (thick and soft) and the finishing overall is amazingly well done for the cost. All in all, it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my office. Now my husband wants one for his!

After spending days deciding on which chair to go with, i ended up with the Hbada Ergonomic Executive Office Chair. This was based on seat dimensions - i needed a larger seat base - as well as overall comfort reported by the 6 (at the time) reviews on the product.I ordered the chair on Monday - delivery was expected on Friday to Monday the following.I was surprised when the chair was delivered 2 days after placing the order. Surprise number 1!I managed to unwrap and put the chair together in under half hour - i was using a drill with the correct alan key bit so maybe that helped. However, the instructions were clear, and the overall assembly process was straight forward. No surprises, very easy.Without sitting on the chair, you could easily tell the material was of a high grade. the touch, the feel all perfect.And then came the biggest surprise of all. When i sat on the chair - oh my god, it was just perfect. The softness, the conform, the ergonimic support to the back and head! all just absolutely perfect..Now its the first day of usage, and the review is based on my emotional excitement :) - however, this chair is one of the fine product.I will update my update after several days of use; however, couple hours and i am in love!

This is an Edited Review first written around February 2021, this follow up is dated May 2021.After several months of using this chair the foam feels like its giving out on the seat, everything else is spot on and working perfectly well, just the seat foam. I'll admit to having used it for about 6 to 8 hours every day since I bought it, but it's an office chair, it's supposed to be used every day isn't it? It's a real shame because I LOVE this chair, it's still comfy on my back, it still feels solid, i just may have to get new sponge for it which is going to be a real hassle. I did wonder when i first got it if the sponge was too soft but didn't want to make claims without knowing or understanding the product.If your only going to be using this product occasionally then i'd HIGHLY recommend it, Because of this I really am torn whether to drop the stars by one or not so i'll leave it as it is and let you make up your own mind. Good luck on your quest for chair.First of all, it arrived before I expected so that was nice.I needed a chair for my cave/basement as the previous chair was giving me dodgy back. Even though my back wasn't up to much I still found it easy to assemble, one piece of advice though KEEP AND USE THE BOX for joining the back rest to the seat, get your foot under the back rest and raise it into position for fixing the screws. Everything you need is in the box, no need for screwdrivers etc.It's a little bit wide but I like that, the arms raised and lowered suit me well, the padding on the back feels nice and supportive, and the seat is nice and comfy. I'd give it 4.5 if I could but I can't so I didn't, But I can give it a 4.5 to you dear reader so I will... I give this chair a good 4.5 stars. There I did it. Nice.

I sold this chair 50 days after i had purchased it. I sold it because i had to take Ibuprofen for a week to treat the back pain,knee pain and shoulder pain that i got from using this chair.In the description it says: ''...cushion filled with high-density native sponge to ensure you will not feel pain or sore for long time working at your desk''.That is a lie.The sponge used in the seating is of poor quality making your body sink in the chair and actually seating lower than it describes.At the highest point my pelvis was sinking in the seat lower than my knees resulting in knee pain.The poor quality stuffing made my pelvis float in the seating, resulting in back pain.And fianlly, because my body was sinking lower than it should, my elbows were in an uncomfortable position resulting in a shoulder pain. Also the armerests are far from each other making it uncomfortable.I am 6'4'' and this chair made me feel average.This chair might be comfortable for very big people.

I purchased my original chair in November 2022. I had been very impressed with the look ,comfort and sturdiness. Unfortunately the hydraulic piston started to fail which meant as you were working away the chair would slowly lower.I had resigned myself to purchasing another similar chair when I then noticed there was a 3 year guarantee where they stated they would repair or replace in 30 days.I emailed the company not confident of a response and received a reply the following day. They originally asked if I would be willing to replace the piston myself and they would reimburse the cost of the piston. When I explained I was not unable to do that. They then sent a replacement chair 3 days later. I can not fault the professionalism of their customer service. I am once again a satisficed customer with an excellent product.
