I am extremely pleased with my chair! I’ve waited for over a month now before writing a review to be sure that my first impressions would last. They have! The chair arrived extremely well packaged, with every part neatly itemised. The instructions are very clear to understand and it took me 35 minutes to put it all together (not including unpacking) not once needing an extra pair of hands. My chair has been really comfortable to use and is adjustable vertically and tilt-able. It’s highest setting is really quite high for an office chair and exactly what I was looking for as my desk is big and high. I love the fact that the arms can be lifted up out of the way for when I’m rummaging through my desk drawers or wanting to slide it under my desk. The base is wide and solidly made, to give the stability needed for such a substantial chair. The faux leather covering is of good quality (thick and soft) and the finishing overall is amazingly well done for the cost. All in all, it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my office. Now my husband wants one for his!

I love this chair. Very comfortable and sturdy, and feels high quality. I wanted a decent chair for under £200 and this was perfect. Very comfortable so far, I only set it up yesterday though. I love that the arm rests lift up and it is very quiet. No squeeking when you move around! The only issue was the assembly. The instructions weren't all that clear, good enough to use though but attaching the arm rests... it took two people and longer than it should've. We just couldn't get it to line up perfectly to screw into the chair. Got there in the end though...! Once the chair is put together it's lovely. I hope to use this chair for many years. I'll see how it goes over the next few months. Edit February 2023: I forgot to update this review sooner but I'm pleased to say that a year and a bit later, it's still going strong! The padding is still nice and the leather hasn't worn away or anything like that. I've used it most days since buying it and had no trouble. The plastic is still good, the arm rests are still attached, and it wheels fine... Everything's good! I still recommend this chair after a year or so. Much, much better than my old one and much more affordable than some places would charge for the same sort of chair.

This is an Edited Review first written around February 2021, this follow up is dated May 2021. After several months of using this chair the foam feels like its giving out on the seat, everything else is spot on and working perfectly well, just the seat foam. I'll admit to having used it for about 6 to 8 hours every day since I bought it, but it's an office chair, it's supposed to be used every day isn't it? It's a real shame because I LOVE this chair, it's still comfy on my back, it still feels solid, i just may have to get new sponge for it which is going to be a real hassle. I did wonder when i first got it if the sponge was too soft but didn't want to make claims without knowing or understanding the product. If your only going to be using this product occasionally then i'd HIGHLY recommend it, Because of this I really am torn whether to drop the stars by one or not so i'll leave it as it is and let you make up your own mind. Every thing else bellow is my original review. Good luck on your quest for chair. First of all, it arrived before I expected so that was nice. I needed a chair for my cave/basement as the previous chair was giving me dodgy back. Even though my back wasn't up to much I still found it easy to assemble, one piece of advice though KEEP AND USE THE BOX for joining the back rest to the seat, get your foot under the back rest and raise it into position for fixing the screws. Everything you need is in the box, no need for screwdrivers etc. It's a little bit wide but I like that, the arms raised and lowered suit me well, the padding on the back feels nice and supportive, and the seat is nice and comfy. I'd give it 4.5 if I could but I can't so I didn't, But I can give it a 4.5 to you dear reader so I will... I give this chair a good 4.5 stars. There I did it. Nice.

I bought this chair after looking for ages for one with a tall back and arms that lift completely up and out of the way, and it's great. The chair is only adjustable in two ways: seat height, and seat tilt forwards and backwards (the tilt can be locked so the chair is in the forwards tilt position only). My back feels fully supported from my hips up to my neck and I can naturally rest my head on the headrest (I am 177cm ish / 5'10"). Both the seat and the back are soft and padded and quite wide compared to the average chair. While you construct it yourself, it's very easy to do and feels very sturdy once built. The arm rests are fairly narrow but also padded and comfortable, and set quite wide (they don't overlap with the seat space). Would definitely recommend!

3 months out of warranty and the chair arm snapped whilst I was reclined and jolted my neck which was painful for a few days after. The arm snapped through where the bolt screws into the chair base and the plastic is so thin here they have obviously tried to save money but have introduced a major design flaw. I contacted the company 2 weeks ago now and have heard nothing back. Luckily I have managed to repair the break with a block of wood, some screws and a bunch of cable ties and its holding for now but I would never buy from this company again. My previous chair which lasted 6 years before the material began to split cost half the price - this has broken after 15 months. It's a shame as I find the chair very comfortable and would have been willing to buy a replacement arm but it's difficult to get parts when the company can't be bothered replying to an email. I paid £180 for this poorly designed chair hoping it would last me a few years, I pity anyone paying £200 at the current price.

Delivery was fast, chair was easy to assemble. Its comfortable enough, material feels nice and you sink into it rather than it being too stiff like other chairs. Seat is very upright, could do with more adjustability features, at the very least a back rest tilt. The rocking feature is well implemented, good range of motion but you will need to place your foot against something to hold yourself in place otherwise you'll fall straight back down, even at the maximum tilt. I am 5'8 and the head support is about right where it should be. Unfortunately the cylinder that raises and lowers the chair is already starting to fail after 2 months. Sometimes when I sit on the chair it will immediately lower the seat to the bottom. I am 83kg for reference.

The chair arrived today, and first of all, I would commend the speed and efficiency of the delivery service. The instructions for the construction of the chair were very clear and easy to understand, and it took about forty minutes to complete. The chair was replacing a ten year old office chair, but the first thing I noticed was how mobile the chair was to move. I am using it on a carpeted floor and it glides around easily. The chair is also very comfortable with ample padding, and as other reviewers have said, it is adjustable to suit an individual's needs. One thing that is noticeable in comparision to my previous chair, is the high back which provides additional support for a tall person like me. Overall, on first impressions, I have to say that I am very pleased with the product. In my opinion, I think it is reasonably priced and represents good value for money and I would have no qualms about recommending the chair to any potential buyers.

After a misadventure last year buying a really uncomfortable office chair from another site, I spent a lot of time researching what chair to buy. I decided I wanted a leather executive chair and this chair stood out because it had all the features I wanted, notably: - Full tilt - Reasonable lumbar support but without those horribly uncomfortable pillows - Height adjustable and not too short - so many chairs on sale go up to a max of 50-53cm - Adjustable arms to be able to neatly tuck the chair under the desk at the end of the day Used for 2 weeks now and it's a good, comfortable chair. Feels like I got what I paid for. I'm sure you can get more comfortable if you spend £500+ but in this price range, I feel it's spot on. My neck was hurting - with this chair and a monitor stand, that's all stopped. I'd add that I had an issue with the height when it arrived and the seller provided top notch customer service and sorted it out. All in all, I'm a happy camper!

Puedo decir que para personas de 105 Kg y 1.85 cm (lo que yo peso y mido) esta silla es muy cómoda, se ajusta perfectamente a las lumbares recogiendo la espalda. La altura regulable +- 10cm es ideal para conseguir una postura cómoda, con los pies en el suelo. Loa brazos abatibles permiten levantarlos cuando tu te levantas, evitando así que se deterioren al contacto con la mesa. Si quieres una silla cómoda y que te aguante unos 3 años, esta es tu silla. Al cabo de ese tiempo empiezan los problemas (he tenido ya otras), el amortiguador de gas pierde fuelle y la silla puede bajar, de repente. También la imitación de piel se pela al paso de este tiempo. Pero por el precio que vale, merece la pena disponer de esta silla durante 36 meses, luego se cambia por una nueva. Creo que la relación calidad precio es excelente. Salu2 Javier

Schienale alto e non invadente, accoglie il capo comodamente. Imbottitura piacevole, discreto sostegno lombare. Dimensioni della seduta accoglienti e generose, non esagerate. Se dovessi comprarne altre per l'ufficio sceglierei la stessa, senza dubbi. Comoda, funzionale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima posizione relax nei momenti di pausa, consigliatissima.

Der Sessel schaut gut aus, ist äußerst bequem. der Zusammenbau geht problemlos. Wenn Sie aber 80 kg oder mehr auf die Waage bringen, sollten Sie vorher eine andere Gasdruckfeder kaufen und diese einbauen. Die mitgelieferte ist wohl nur für "leichtere Gewichte" ausreichend. Mir war der Sessel zu niedrig. Auf Rückfrage beim Verkäufer hat mir dieser schnell geantwortet und diese Gasdruckfeder empfohlen: "TUKA Gasdruckfeder Gaslift für Bürostuhl, Gesamtlänge 280mm - 420mm". Gibt es bei Amazon. Aber wie gesagt, Sie sollten diese vor dem Zusammenbau einbringen, denn ein späterer Umbau ist aufwendig und eher schwierig und geht nicht leicht von der Hand. Habe sicher 2 Stunden hierfür gebraucht und Glück dazu dass es geklappt hat. Mit der neuen Gasdruckfeder kann ich den Sessel aber vorbehaltlos empfehlen, ich würde ihn mir wieder kaufen

I ordered the chair from the The Netherlands and it shipped from Germany, but I believe this chair is produced in China. The shipping was faster than expected, 6 working days, arriving a few days sooner than what they announced. Tracking was provided. I got some doubts after reading some of the reviews and actually wanted to cancel my order, but it was too late (I also have a genuine dislike for Jeff/Amazon and try to avoid ordering here as much as possible, but this company only sells on this platform, trust me, I searched). In the end I'm very happy to have it (for 4 weeks now). The chair was properly packaged. It comes in parts, but assembling it was easy. It took me around 30 minutes to put it together by myself. It's between 5 to 10 steps to put it together. The material is strong, reading that people had parts break surprises me and was one of the reasons that caused me doubts. I wasn't wanting to deal with returning it to China. The quality of the (PU)leather looks good. This kind of leather should wear less than real leather, only difference is that it doesn't absorb liquid. If you are a very sweaty person, you should look for real leather, but that also means a different price level. Saw comments on the wheels, but have no issue with those either on a wooden floor. They roll better (and without issue) than my former IKEA deskchair. To better understand my comfort in this chair: I'm 1.96 meter / 6.4ft, 85 KG / 187 lb. That means I don't have a lot of fat on me. One of the reasons I was looking for a chair designed like this, is to sit a little softer. They succeeded at that as well. For me the armrests(not adjustable) are also at the perfect height. Not only comfortable for working, but also for gaming. Other than the normal position, the armrests can only be put in an upwards position, allowing it to be pushed under a desk. I could imagine, that if you are a lot short than me, perhaps below 1.80, that the armrests could be too high for comfort. The seating isn't shaped, which is good, as it allows many shapes and seizes of butts to sit comfortably. If I grow double my seize, I could still fit, but I believe max weight is 150 KG's (check, Im not sure) ;) Only thing you shouldn't buy it for, is the rocking option. The chair allows you to push it in a backwards position, so you can hang back. However, this requires some power from your legs and is therefore not that comfortable. On the other hand, you also don't want you chair to move backwards at every little bit of resistance. Which is also a strong side of the chair. With my length, proper backsupport is very important and this chair offers that. Tall people will know the shitty chairs where you lack support in your lower back, but this chair has you covered. If you are looking for an affordable, very comfortable chair, that cant take a hit and still looks nice around the house, you should certainly consider this one.
