Bought this shampoo after using my granddaughters and I absolutely love it! Adds so much volume without weighing it down and is safe for my extensions. The smell is great. It is pricey but you only need a small amount for a good wash.

This shampoo works really well for a weekly deep clean. It removes buildup from products and leaves my hair feeling clean without stripping it completely. The sulfate-free formula is gentle, and my hair still feels soft after washing instead of dry or squeaky. A little goes a long way, and it has a light, clean scent. I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews of this product. I purchased the trial size shampoo and conditioner because I am a fan of Pureology's Color Fanatic leave in conditioner. I decided to try the pure volume formula because I was hoping to create more volume/body for my color treated hair but it did the complete opposite. The shampoo does not lather at all and it barely cleaned my hair. I ended up with flat and stringy hair. I returned both after testing it out for two cycles. I do not recommend purchasing this product.

My hair isn’t oily, just very fine. This shampoo felt like it stripped my hair of moisture and it has in fact dried my scalp. For what it cost I really did want to like it. It was a disappointment.

I just tried this shampoo on the advice of my sister in law. It’s expensive, so I got a travel size. One positive thing I noticed was that my hair wasn’t falling out like it had been. I used to run my finger through my hair and come away with 5-10 hairs. I thought this wasn’t that unusual, they say people lose hair daily. But after using this shampoo I’m not losing hair. I have shoulder length hair and I can run my hand through it now and, nothing. I didn’t know a shampoo could make that much difference. It also leaves my hair very soft. My hair is white and grey and somewhat coarse. So I will bite the bullet and buy the larger size.
