Quality products for your body are worth pursuing!
We generally purchase only Garden of Life (GOL) vitamin/supplement products. I LOVE that they are made from plants/fruits/vegetables/etc that I recognize. It makes it possible for our bodies to get access to the additional nutrients they need without using synthetic chemicals or products. SO when a pharmacist recomended CoQ10 to help with leg pain from taking statins, I went to GOL first. I know they do some 3rd party testing on the efficacy of their product line which is also a great assurance that you're getting what you are buying/paying for. Worth a little more!

STATIN Side effect reduction...
After being on Statins for a few years, I began to experience many of the negative side effects. Researching options, CO Q10 kept coming up as a promising offset for them. As an Organics/Non GMO advocate, I selected this brand to try. Well, after 3 weeks I found the brain fog began lifting, my muscle weaknesses and pains receding and I'm not feeling exhausted all the time. I can't promise it'll work for everyone, but it's working for me.

I like the types of oils used in this Raw CoQ10 product compared to other products on the market.How does one know if a product is effective or not? Who knows if it does what it's supposed to do you're shooting in the dark unless your body chemistry is being monitored in some way. I also have been taking RAW Calcium by Garden of Life and I will be having a DEXTA scan in the Spring to see if my Osteoporosis has made a turn a round. I'm quite disappointed with doctors. Mine told me to take Calcium but didn't give me any guidance of which kind, the inorganic calcium carbonate, calcium citrate or an organic calcium of Algae. I didn't know there was a difference in types of calcium so I had no question to ask the doctor as to which type I should be using. Now there are many articles on how calcium promotes heart attacks oh my but not so with calcium food intake so perhaps I lucked out I believe Algae is considered a food type.

Good to take with cholestrol medication
Recommended to start taking with Crestor (for high cholestrol). Easy tot ake and no side effects noticed. Recommend
