Does the Garland around the door come with it if not where can I get that garden and how much

The garland does not come with the sign.

Having windy conditions putting up banners. Don’t know how I’m going to put my banners up. Could the fabric be glued to a piece of plywood?

I put a small nail into the wood frame of my door and wrapped the attached strings around it on the top and bottom of each banner. I get a lot of wind and have not had any problems with it not staying in place
