The Chocolate Butcher / Milk Chocolate 34% / Chopped for Snacking or Melting

It was brought to my attention after I ordered this that chocolate + mail = disaster, so I was a little afraid of what would happen when it came in.To my surprise it was packaged with an ice pack(which was WRAPPED to avoid condensation issues!), there was a center piece stabilizing the bags of chocolate, AND in an insulated bag!My boyfriend has ordered chocolate before (not from this company) and it definitely didn't come with such attention to detail so we were very delighted to see this!!We got a few pieces out of the bag to taste and were also very satisfied with the flavor!! I can't wait to start working with it! Thank you so much!

This chocolate was VERY expensive compared to other chocolates but I am telling you it was SO worth it! It was delicious and everyone was asking where I got this yummy chocolate. It came securely packaged with ice packs in the top and bottom to keep the chocolate cold. It melted super smoothly and we used it in a chocolate fountain for our daughters graduation party.

This is wonderful! I wanted to make milk chocolate truffles for a change for an event and this was perfect! Got rave reviews. The chocolate is so melt-in-your-mouth delicious and creamy. I must’ve ate a full bag while making the truffle ganache. I will be ordering the dark chocolate also very soon.

Very smooth perfectly balanced milk chocolate with sweetness. Just be aware however, the shipping costs as much as the bag of chocolate! Was a nice treat.

This chocolate is ridiculously delicious! I melted it down to make chocolate covered pretzels for a friend's baby shower. The chocolate melted easily and was just as described above, smooth and velvety. It was easy to work with and most of all extremely tasty. Everyone commented on how great it tasted. I highly recommend it.

Close to tasteless. Might be okay for baknfg or some such, but not for eating alone. Especially at the price.

I can't justify buying this again. A bit too rich for my blood.
