The Exo Chair by Balanced Body is the best piece of exercise equipment I own. I first used it in my pilates studio and when COVID made it necessary to set up a home gym, I knew I had to have one. It fits well into a small space and you can do so much with it. While it took a few weeks to get it, it arrived earlier than promised. It came fully assembled. I simply had to release the springs from their secure wrapping and it was ready to use. I love pikes, lunges, dips, bridges, and so much more, and use the resistance springs that came with my Balanced Body Springboard for a full body workout. The combination of these can fit into a small space and do just about everything you need. For a little more than the price of half a year at my pilates studio, I have my own compact pilates studio to use any time I want, as much as I want. This is well worth the investment!!!

I LOVE this chair and the hundred+ exercises you can do on it. Well designed, requires no assembly and will last a lifetime.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my wife and she loved it! It came in a HUGE box and was much bigger than I had expected - Initially when she told me about it, I thought I could just build my own little bench for workout stuff. Very glad I didn't do that..The quality is excellent and it comes pre-built. There are not too many reviews on this product - so I thought I would leave one. It doesn't have amazon prime shipping, but I ordered it on Dec 11th and it arrived on Dec 17th - I didn't expect it that fast and was very pleased!

This has been an excellent answer to not being able to go to my pilates studio because of the pandemic. The chair arrived in perfect condition, all assembled and easy to take out of the box. It was light enough for me to carry upstairs on my own (I am 64) and put in my spare room. I subscribed to Pilates for Life on line with Roku and now I take pilates course on my own time. I do miss my Pilates Studio teachers and friends, but this is a worthwhile investment until the pandmeic is over.

Packed well, very little effort to set up. Recommend you purchase the booklet with exercises described if you are not a trainer. Delivered faster than expected. Was called to confirm if I would be home on a certain day but then it showed up the day before so maybe try to clarify delivery. Luckily I was home Quality excellent. Looking forward to a lifetime of fitness with this versatile piece of equipment.
