Great addition to my exo chair. Still learning all of the possibilities but having resistance or a safety strap doubles the options for your daily routine. Well constructed and durable. Swap out straps for handles is very nice. Pro level quality

Perfect for my Balanced Body Exochair!
I got these for my Exochair and they are perfect. I’m able to do a lot of the exercises I was doing with the chair and reformer in the studio, but from home! Wonderful!
