Review: Very disappointed - I brought this tow truck for my son’s Birthday since he was asking for it months ago, but when arrive I was very disappointed cause I could give him a present due to the fact it came with missing hook to tow away and broken parts also it wasn’t new it was starches all over and digs. Please don’t buy this and be disappointed like me. It is a very and nice and big tow truck but the one they send needs to go in the garage, it’s not new and it has misspend broken parts.
Review: Great toy truck - I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old grandson for Christmas once he opened it he played with it all day. I was a little skeptical about the tow winch because my grandson hooks it onto things that are heavy the truck makes a weird noise, and the winch can't pull the weight but it is still working, He also manually pulls the hook out instead of using the lever and the lever still works. He is very rough with this truck he puts it on the couch and pushes it off and it crashes to the floor, I keep thinking he is going to break it, if it does break, I will purchase another one it's his favorite toy well worth the price.

### ⭐ Winch fails
*by B***Y on January 7, 2026*

Horrible. Sent one back because the winch failed within the first 2 days. Got a replacement and the one that arrived was malfunctioning. Got it to work and then the same problem with the winch winding inside the reel and getting caught happened again. Really a shame since my son loved this toy. We will not be ordering again
