I love this . A scalloped edges are so cute. It's durable. You can fit many things. I would say at least six apples easily fit in there. It's cute on the counter.

I was just wanting some extra baskets for the holidays - for rolls, candies, etc... For the price I wasn't expecting to be too excited. I was pleasantly surprised. These are very high quality and so beautiful. I bought another set and won't save them just for the holidays! They'd make a nice gift too!

Seems solidly woven and lacquered. Nice for displaying uncut fruit or keeping stuff like sunglasses, assorted keys—any Group of similar objects— in one place. (I definitely would not use it for serving moist food, though I covered it with an open napkin and used it for hamburger buns.)
